Buikwe Foundation is a grassroots non-profit based in Buikwe District, Uganda. We exist to empower girls and young women through education, skills training, and community support — helping them become self-reliant, confident individuals who transform their communities.

Buikwe Foundation is a registered NGO (Reg. No. 701). Depending on your country of residence, your donation may qualify for tax relief — we're happy to issue a donation receipt on request.
The large majority of every donation funds direct programme costs — training materials, school fees, mentorship and events — with a small share covering essential administration.
Yes — our sponsorship coordinators can match you with a girl in one of our active programmes and share regular updates on her progress.
